Technical Support Analyst - Cloud services/SQL/ITIL-Insurance Tech Co - Great bens


Do you thrive on a fast-paced, client centric environment where your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are fully utilised?

Do you have a good working knowledge of the AWS stack or a similar cloud platform as well as solid skills in SQL, Sharepoint and experience with the Atlassian suite?

Are you able to proactively work on your own initiative to be able to understand and resolve technical problems and offer solutions to our users efficiently and professionally?

This role requires you to have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role ideally in the Insurance/Financial Sector. An AWS certification and or ITIL Practitioner qualification and practical experience working with Agile development methodologies would also be highly desirable.
