NEW SUPPORT ROLES X 2
Our long standing client (more than 12 years) needs to recruit 1-2 additional 1st line / support person due to continued client growth.
Ideally you will have a degree level education with the following skills / attributes:
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Good telephone manner
* Measured, calm approach to work
* Patience when dealing with customers
Ideally you will have some customer facing / telephone support skills coupled with an ability to deal with customers from all levels.
The role will involve providing technical support over the phone by following processes and documentation so IT technical skills not essential. This is not a call centre or a role with high volumes of calls!
Any SQL, report writing skills a bonus.
