Support Professional - MS Office, ITIL, Good telephone manner - £18K-£24K


WANTED: Capable and able Support professional with solid understanding around Microsoft Office and customer service to join a small focused support team providing software support to a blue chip client base.

Excellent interpersonal skills expected, it is essential that you are comfortable speaking to people over the phone, have an eye for detail and are willing to go the extra mile to deliver supreme customer service.

Any exposure to ITIL or Internet Browser support a bonus.

This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service to users internationally and could suit either:

* A candidate with ITIL, software support and proven experience
* A bright capable and able conscientious Graduate with excellent telephone manner and software skills
