URGENT NEW PERMANENT ROLE.
Our long standing, globally successful client is looking to recruit and additional Support Analyst to join its team.
They have two options for this role.
One is to recruit a degree educated graduate with a degree in Computer Science, IT or an IT/analytical degree with some SQL skills and who is articulate with good interpersonal skills. Previous successful candidates have been degree educated with customer facing experience.
The other option is to recruit a Support Analyst with application support experience; comfortable with SLA's. client facing work and who would like to pursue a more challenging role away from pure PC/ Windows support.
Both options need someone with good interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
Any experience of ITIL, SLA's, application support a huge advantage.
The role is a junior level to 1-2 years experience type of role rather than needing years of support experience although could be very relevant to someone local with experience.
