URGENT NEW PERMANENT POSITION for an IT Operations Manager / IT Operations Supervisor / Lead Engineer / Senior windows server / desktop engineer to lead and manage Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Group policy etc. to ensure technology availability across a user base of 250 users.
It is essential that you have some experience of leading, mentoring or managing a very small team, as well as being a hands on technical person with a broad range of skills across:

Windows Server 2016 / 2012

Windows Desktop

Active Directory / Group Policy

Thin Client

Networking

Office365

Data Storage

Vendor Relationship Management

You will also be expected to undertake various project work involving change management, keeping abreast of technical advancements and a strong business awareness. Covering for the IT Manager during holidays / times of absence. Some UK travel also required.

Experience gained in a corporate IT environment or one with 150 + users needed with multiple offices.

Good permanent opportunity with potential. This really does need someone with current / recent management or supervisory or lead skills
