To help support its continued business success we have been asked to source / find / recruit a client facing 1st / 2nd Line support profession with the following skills as essential:-
* Current / recent Client Facing Support experience
* Client first attitude
* Good understanding around AWS
* Knowledge around API's, RESTful, JSON
* SQL (select, insert, delete or query)
* ITIL certification
Any exposure to AGILE, project management, AWS certification nd programming languages a bonus.
