NEW PERMANENT ROLE for a Technical Account Manager to play a pivotal role between software development teams and clients.
The overall aim of the role is to provide a supreme customer experience; building relationships and ensuring long term customer engagement.
The role is part account management, part technical delivery. This will involve face to face customer meetings (London and the South East) around work-streams, progress reports on projects, mid to long term client planning, operational management and ensuring customer happiness.
Ideally you will have some experience around software development projects, Agile, ITIL and selling of services but this role could potentially suit a project manager or customer facing business analyst or resource manager.
