Junior Application Support Analyst

An excellent opportunity to join a very successful business based in Tunbridge Wells. This is a super company, where personality and fit are just as important as skills and experience.

This is a junior role, but has the scope to grow, and could suit someone with an IT related degree or some experience.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Responding to support issues by phone or email
  • Maintaining a high level of communication & feedback to all customers
  • Troubleshoot & resolve software issues
  • Take ownership/responsibility of support cases

Skills req:

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Experience of using and updating a customer CRM system
  • Basic SQL querying skills (select, joins, inserts)
  • Patience & understanding
  • An outgoing personality
