Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Responding to support issues by phone or email
- Maintaining a high level of communication & feedback to all customers
- Troubleshoot & resolve software issues
- Take ownership/responsibility of support cases
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Experience of using and updating a customer CRM system
- Basic SQL querying skills (select, joins, inserts)
- Patience & understanding
- An outgoing personality
