Junior Customer Support - IT, Mobiles, SQL, Office365


Our client is looking a Junior Customer Support person to join its technical tea,.

Permanent position only the ideal candidate will have some experience of providing customer support to clients.

A technical awareness around mobile phones and/or Office365 useful.

These roles ideally suit someone who may have worked in a mobile phone shop OR has some experience providing technical support over the phone to customers or a Graduate with some SQL skills and good telephone manner.

The role will involve logging calls; escalation where necessary but also ensuring problem resolution of technical issues.

Any SQL useful (select insert delete) or experience around using a CRM or Office365.
