Manager / Supervisor - Analytical, Organise, Coordinate, Motivate


NEWLY CREATED PERMANENT ROLE. BASED WEST KENT.

We are looking to recruit a team lead / supervisor / team manager to join our highly successful internationally renowned client based at their West Kent offices.

Essential experience needed is:

* A Management degree or recognised management course
* Analytical understanding
* Ability to motivate, coordinate and organise workload
* Experience of leading / supervising / managing 5+ people

This is purely office based work. It will involve reporting into senior management and be business facing

A reasonable level of Excel, Maths would be useful

Any expeirence of managing in a financial services / banking / insurance type sector could be useful but this would suit anyone with team lead expeirence and analytical mind set!
