Jump IT Recruitment Solutions Ltd is co-owned by Roger Wood and Mick Weaver.

Roger has been involved in the IT recruitment industry for over 18 years; the last 5 running his own IT recruitment business. Roger has successfully recruited IT, web and sales staff throughout the UK and also overseas.

Up until the end of October 2002 Mick had been a Senior IT Manager in a FTSE 100 Facilities Management Company, building up a network of professional contacts spanning a 28-year period.

We believe the combination of sound recruitment methodologies and well defined business processes, along with the obvious advantages in people networking, provides our clients with an unparalleled level of expertise across IT that enables us to find and place the right person.
